Straight Legged Pant

It's an odd season. I find myself infatuated by a pair of black straight leg trousers and converting every chunky knit I set my eyes on. This, is very unlike me. The most undesirable items seem to be my most desired.. my main prey.... Christopher Kane Wool Crepe straight Legged Pants I spotted in Colette a month ago and can't get them out of my head. I searched Zara on Saturday for the biggest thickest knits and some Kane-esq straight legged  pant...dull? but somehow all I want.


So here they are... perfect fit, thick and straight as a pin, with the most perfect seam running down the front. When did a pair black trousers get so exciting...

Versus presentation in September 2010.

Its all about Christopher Kane for me. Even his translation of Versace's, Versus collection is incredible. I love how he has restricted his colour palette to 3 key colours in order to not over complicate. Their is so much detail to the dresses, to many colours would have ruined the effort-less feel. I love the quirky presentation, he was quoted saying they were not quite ready for a full show. I personally think this is a much more considered approach. Not completely dis-simular to presentation I part-organsised for my final degree project. (I will post pictures soon).

STARRY EYES

Christopher Kane Resort 2011 I tried to edit my image choices but it is all too good. Okay here's why I love it... the silhouettes/ each is completely unique but equally perfection. I love the commitment to the clinch waist and the furry shoes! The pattern is out of this world (quite literally) the colours the quirkiness. Absolutely in love <3
